Professional on-site repair service is our speciality at AB Office Solutions. We work on a "win-win" principle (to save your time and money), by doing it right the first time.
Our technicians are highly experienced and in 90% of all cases, they can fix the problem on-site without having to either take your equipment away or come back for a follow-up service. The technician will even make sure it is configured and working within your network before he goes. To save on call-out charges, we can also fix your printer, computer or fax machine in our repair centre at a reduced rate.
We Guarantee ...
- A fixed labour charge until the problem is resolved
- 1 month warranty on labour
- 12 months or 100,000 pages warranty on parts
- 12 months extended service warranty available at an appealing price!- The cost of spare parts is additional to the labour charge. If a quote is made but rejected, the customer is obliged to pay a quote fee equivalent of half the labour cost. For customers who purchase a new machine from AB Office Solutions, the quote fee will be waived.
- We do not charge by an hourly rate for printer/fax servicing. All of the prices below state the charge if a job is completed - regardless of the extra time spent. This pricing scheme reflects our confidence in our technicians' skills and their ability to fix the problem within a reasonable time frame.
- Please note that the warranty on labour and parts is only valid when the job fees have been paid in full.

Quote Fee
If quote is made but rejected, the customer is obliged to pay a quote/inspection fee equivalent of half the labour cost on all flat rate service. For the large format printers, it will be charged at $150 Ex GST.
